How to Get Started

If you would like to purchase an NSP property in Bridgeport, call us to schedule a homebuyer orientation. Orientations are conveniently offered in Bridgeport on Tuesday evenings at 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays in Spanish at 4:30 p.m. Other times at other locations are also available.

HDF is a HUD-Certified housing counseling agency offering homebuyers the tools and support needed to become mortgage ready. Our experienced counselors provide 8 hour Homebuyer Education classes; readiness assessments and one to one individual homebuyer counseling sessions.

Q: What are the other requirements?
